For purchases made through an authorized R Distribution or a Renzetti Inc. retailer, please contact the retailer.

For purchases made through our website or by phone contact R Distribution at 321-264-6101 or email rdflyfishingsales@gmail.com. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. A refund will be issued by check with in 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The product must be in the original packaging.

Return Policy Exception:

Any shortages and or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
